Cursor

Step-by-step guide to connect Screpy MCP to Cursor as a remote HTTP server.

Use this guide to make Screpy tools available in Cursor. Cursor must support remote HTTP MCP servers and browser-based OAuth authorization.

Connect Screpy MCP to Cursor

Open Cursor's MCP settings

Open Cursor settings and find the MCP or Tools section. Choose the option to add a new MCP server.

Add a remote HTTP server

Choose a remote HTTP connection, name it Screpy, and enter:

https://mcp.screpy.com

Do not add a REST API key or a custom authorization header.

Authorize Screpy in your browser

Cursor should open the Screpy OAuth page or show an authorization action. Sign in to Screpy and approve access to the account that has the right projects.

Check the available tools

Return to Cursor and confirm that Screpy is connected. Then ask Cursor:

Use Screpy to list my projects and show the latest completed crawl.

If OAuth does not open

Restart Cursor, open the MCP server entry again, and select its authorization action. The first connection must happen on a computer that can open a browser. For missing projects or tools after sign-in, see Troubleshooting.
