This Data Processing Agreement describes how Screpy handles personal data when providing the service to business customers.

Roles
For customer project data submitted to Screpy, the customer is generally the controller or business, and Airscarp LLC acts as processor or service provider as needed to provide the service.
For account administration, billing, product analytics, website operations, security, and direct customer communications, Airscarp LLC may act as an independent controller as described in the Privacy Policy.
Processing instructions
Screpy processes customer personal data only to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service, and as otherwise instructed through product settings, support requests, written agreements, or applicable law.
Categories of data
The service may process account details, workspace details, website URLs, crawl results, monitoring settings, SEO findings, ranking data, reports, logs, support messages, and related metadata.
Customers should avoid submitting sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for their lawful use of the service.
Subprocessors
Screpy may use subprocessors to host infrastructure, process payments, provide analytics, deliver support, send communications, maintain security, and operate product workflows.
Subprocessors are expected to process data only for the services they provide to Screpy and under appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Security measures
Screpy uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect customer data, including access controls, operational monitoring, secure infrastructure practices, and provider-level safeguards.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers remain responsible for managing their own account access, user permissions, and the data they submit.
Assistance and deletion
Screpy will provide reasonable assistance for customer data protection requests, security questions, and deletion requests, taking into account the nature of the service and the information available to us.
After account closure or written deletion request, customer data may be deleted or anonymized subject to backup, legal, security, and operational retention requirements.
International transfers
Customer data may be processed in the United States and other countries where Screpy or its service providers operate. Where required, appropriate transfer mechanisms may be used.
