Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Screpy, a B2B SaaS product operated by Airscarp LLC. By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

If you use Screpy for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Account information must be accurate, current, and maintained by an authorized person. We may suspend or limit access if account activity appears unauthorized, harmful, or inconsistent with these terms.

Screpy helps teams audit websites, crawl pages, monitor uptime and performance, track rankings, review SEO signals, and prepare reports. You may use the service only for websites, pages, domains, and data that you own, manage, or are authorized to monitor.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security limits, resell access without permission, or use Screpy to violate laws or third-party rights.

Paid features may require an active subscription. Prices, plan limits, billing periods, and included features are shown at checkout or inside the product.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Screpy does not need to store full payment card numbers to operate the service.

Refund requests are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy and must be submitted within 7 days of the relevant payment unless a different written agreement applies.

You keep ownership of the domains, URLs, keywords, reports, account data, and other content you submit to the service. You grant Screpy the limited rights needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service for you.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit website data, crawl targets, keywords, and related project information.

We may update, improve, remove, or limit features as the product evolves. We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Some results depend on third-party systems, search engines, hosting providers, APIs, network conditions, and the websites being analyzed.

Screpy provides technical SEO, monitoring, performance, and reporting signals to support professional judgment. It does not guarantee rankings, revenue, traffic, compliance outcomes, or error-free recommendations.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided as is and as available. Airscarp LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
