Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how customers can cancel subscriptions and request refunds for Screpy paid plans.

Subscriptions
Screpy paid plans are subscription-based unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Plan details, limits, billing periods, and prices are shown at checkout or inside the product.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription through the product account area or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically delete account data.
After cancellation, paid features may remain available until the end of the current billing period unless the account is terminated for misuse or another policy violation.
7-day refund policy
Refund requests must be sent to hello@screpy.com within 7 days of the payment. Include the account email, workspace or company name, invoice or payment reference if available, and the reason for the request.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible. Processing times may depend on the payment processor, bank, or card network.
Refund limits
Refunds may be denied for accounts that violate the Terms of Service, abuse trials or promotions, repeatedly request refunds, misuse the service, or use a plan in a way that materially consumes paid resources before requesting a refund.
Partial-month refunds, credits, and exceptions are handled at our discretion unless a separate written agreement applies.
Billing issues
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a dispute so we can review the issue quickly.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
