Can I use a discount code?

When the promotion-code field is available at checkout, enter your code there. Some welcome offers are applied automatically. Review the discount and final total at checkout before confirming.

Where can I download my invoices?

Open Billing in your account and go to Invoices. You can view your billing history and download available invoices as PDFs.

What should I do if a payment fails?

Open Billing and select Manage Subscription to review your payment details and outstanding payment. Contact support if you still cannot complete the payment.

How does monthly or yearly billing work?

Monthly subscriptions are billed each month. Yearly subscriptions are billed for the full year in one payment; the monthly price shown is the equivalent monthly cost. Check the plan card and checkout for the total.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Cancel from Billing in your account. For a paid subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain access until then.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, from Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and may generate a prorated charge. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing period.

Will I be charged when my trial ends?

A trial subscription renews into a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Check your trial end date in Billing and complete cancellation before that date if you do not want to continue.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Yes. Your subscription renews on your monthly or yearly billing cycle unless you cancel. You can manage your subscription from Billing in your account.
