We collect information needed to operate a B2B SaaS product, provide support, secure accounts, process subscriptions, and improve product workflows.

• Project and website data, such as domains, URLs, crawl results, SEO findings, keywords, reports, monitoring settings, and related metadata.
• Billing information processed through third-party payment processors, such as plan, invoice, payment status, and limited payment metadata.

We may use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure advertising results and show Screpy advertisements to people who have visited our website or used our service. Where required, we obtain consent before using personal data for personalized advertising.

For Google Ads Customer Match, we may share eligible customers' email addresses with Google after normalizing and hashing them using SHA-256. Google uses these identifiers to match customers to Google accounts and create advertising audiences. Hashing does not make this information anonymous.

We may use account, trial, and subscription status to select relevant customer audiences or exclude existing subscribers from acquisition advertisements. We do not share passwords, payment card details, project contents, or website analysis results for Customer Match.

You may withdraw consent or object to this use by contacting hello@screpy.com. We will remove your information from future audience transfers and request removal from applicable customer lists. You can also manage personalized advertisements through Google My Ad Center.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support legitimate business records.

Customers may request deletion of account or workspace data, subject to legal, security, backup, and operational retention needs.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal data.

Screpy is operated from the United States and may use service providers in other countries. When information is processed across borders, we use appropriate contractual and operational safeguards where required.
