Screpy’s AI FAQ generator creates five suggested questions from content you provide. Answers are drafted from that source and accompanied by short excerpts for review. When a useful question cannot be answered from the supplied information, the tool leaves its answer empty. Use the result to find reader questions and information gaps before adding an FAQ section to your page.
Prepare source content for the FAQ generator
Paste 50–12,000 characters of actual article, product or service information. A current service description with its conditions is more useful than “write FAQs about our classes”. Include the details readers need to make a decision, and remove outdated or conflicting versions before submitting. The tool does not open URLs or fetch linked policies.
Under Options, you can add a topic of up to 200 characters and a target keyword of up to 100. Choose from 11 output languages and three tones. These controls guide presentation; they do not supply missing business facts. A persuasive tone must not turn a conditional offer into an unconditional promise.
Questions and answer drafts use the selected output language. Source excerpts remain in the language of the supplied text, so a translated answer still needs a meaning check against its original.
Read the answer and its source excerpt together
The result has five distinct questions. An answered item includes a draft and a Source text disclosure you can open. The tool checks that the excerpt occurs in your input after text normalization. That confirms a connection to the supplied text; it does not establish that the answer correctly interprets it.
For example, imagine this fictional class-booking description: “You can move a booking at least 48 hours before the class. Changes within 48 hours need approval from the studio. Materials are listed on each class page.” The following is an editorial comparison, not an actual generator result:
| Question | What the source supports |
|---|---|
| Can I move my booking? | A draft must retain both the 48-hour condition and the approval requirement for later changes. |
| Which materials should I bring? | The pasted text does not list them. Add the class-specific details before writing an answer. |
If the source lacks an answer, Add information appears instead of an answer draft. Check the missing fact with the responsible person, add approved information to the source and submit again. Do not fill the gap with an assumption simply to complete all five items.
Check exceptions before publishing an answer
“You can move any booking up to the start of the class” is an unsuitable rewrite of the example. It drops the approval requirement and changes the policy. Even a real matching excerpt elsewhere in the item would not make that answer safe to publish.
For each draft, ask:
- Does it preserve dates, eligibility, limits and exceptions from the full source, rather than just the displayed excerpt?
- Does the source still describe your current service, product or process?
- Does this question address a different reader need, rather than repeat another question in new words?
Keep answers direct. Start with the answer, then give the condition or next step needed to use it. Avoid adding price, delivery, refund or performance promises that the source never supplied. If the question needs a specialist’s judgment, obtain it before publication.
Google’s guidance on generative AI content calls for manual accuracy review before publishing. Treat the excerpt as something to inspect, not as a fact-check certificate.
Use the FAQs where they help readers
Copy an individual question and answer or the full Markdown result, then edit it in your document or CMS. Remove unresolved Add information items before publication. You do not need to publish all five suggestions. Keep the useful ones near the product, service or article they clarify, and avoid duplicating information without a reader benefit.
These questions are AI suggestions, not questions observed in Google People Also Ask. The tool supplies no search volume, schema export or Google preview. Google’s Search documentation updates state that FAQ rich results stopped appearing on May 7, 2026. Write FAQs for clear answers on your own page, without promising a particular search display or ranking gain.
Plan the surrounding article with the AI Content Outline Generator. For writer instructions and research still needed, use the AI Content Brief Generator.
A valid email is required for each request. Form values and email are recorded with tool usage; email is excluded from the AI prompt. Inputs stay in this browser and are restored on return without automatically running the tool. Avoid confidential information.
